Telecom Manhole

composite-cover-install

Iron covers act as electromagnetic shields and block wireless signals; composite covers allow Radio Frequency transmission with little interference, matching the needs of modern smart municipal infrastructure. No compromise on load ratings or long-term quality.

Sewer Manhole

composite lid

Vented-hole SMC manhole covers feature preformed ventilation openings. These holes allow continuous gas exchange between the sewer and ambient air. Gases diffuse out slowly to avoid explosive concentrations. In case of deflagration, vents quickly release pressure and reduce the risk of cover ejection.

Stormwater Drainage

In African coastal zones, road and bridge stormwater drainage needs to cope with intense seasonal rain and salt-laden sea spray. Drainage inlets and channels quickly evacuate surface water to avoid standing water and pavement damage. Salt exposure causes fast corrosion, so corrosion-resistant grating and channel systems are selected to safeguard road surfaces and bridge substructures against long-term degradation.

Municipal Projects

Road Drainage

Electrical Trench

Substation

electrical-trench-cover

Electrical trench covers are vital substation infrastructure laid over cable trenches. They block falling risks, keep rain, dust and vermin out, and shield power & control cables from mechanical damage. Modern SMC/FRP composite covers are preferred for substations: non‑conductive, flame‑retardant, corrosion‑proof, lightweight for easy lifting during cable inspection and maintenance, with rated load for site pedestrian and light vehicle traffic.

Control Cabinet

electric-trench-cover

Trench covers for control cabinet areas shield cable trenches connected to control cabinets. They prevent foreign matter, water, and small animals from entering wiring channels, avoid trip hazards, and protect signal and control cables. Composite covers are widely adopted here for insulation, anti‑corrosion, and easy removal for cabinet wiring overhaul. Trench covers adjacent to control cabinets safeguard control cables, ensure site safety and enable convenient wiring maintenance.

Industrial Cable

electrical-power-trench-cover

Electrical trench covers for industrial cable infrastructure enclose cable trenches, protecting power and signal cables from impact, water, debris and animal intrusion. Insulated composite covers eliminate electric shock risks, withstand site loads, and are removable for cable inspection, rerouting and repair. Industrial cable trench covers withstand heat released by the cable and will not cause burns, much like a metal cover plate., prevent hazards and allow accessible maintenance.

Telecommunication

Fiber Optic Splice

telecom-handhole

This underground handhole is designed for fiber optic cable and communication networks. Lined with clean gravel for drainage, the rugged plastic enclosure shields cable assemblies and junction boxes. Sealed cable glands with yellow protective boots secure incoming lines, keeping water and dirt out. It creates a tidy, accessible workspace for technicians to maintain, test, and extend the telecom network, a vital buried node for stable data and signal transmission.

Network Expansion

This fiberglass handhole box is installed within a desert construction trench, serving as an underground junction for optical cables. Buried on a concrete base, it neatly routes and splices multi‑core fiber cables fed through rigid conduit pipes extending along the sandy excavation. Its robust plastic enclosure protects fiber joints from drifting sand, extreme heat and harsh desert weather. The surrounding concrete-lined trench stabilizes loose sand, safeguarding the communications infrastructure during site development.

Underground Network

SMC-cable-manhole

This buried composite communication handhole is set within concrete pavement. It accommodates pipeline monitoring hardware, including a green sensing module, sensor probes, signal wires and junction components. All cables and devices are arranged inside the enclosure, kept below the handhole’s top rim to allow proper cover fitting. It provides a compact, protected underground access chamber for signal collection, cable interconnection and routine maintenance of the underground communication and sensing network.

Water System

Manhole Chamber

pump-manhole-chamber

This SMC manhole chamber serves as an underground enclosure for industrial pumps and control valves on-site. With high structural strength and corrosion resistance, it withstands damp underground conditions. Its modular design enables easy installation inside the excavated pit, protecting internal pumps, pipe connections and valve assemblies from debris and external damage. Open-top construction supports convenient inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting of the water supply system. The rugged SMC material guarantees long service life for buried industrial fluid control setups.

Lawn Irrigation

underground-surface-box

This underground meter valve box is a buried protective housing for outdoor water valve assemblies, neatly set within a lawn excavation. Made of durable, weather-resistant fiberglass composite, it shields the internal ball valve, water meter, connecting pipes and fittings from soil pressure, debris and ground moisture. Its hinged green lid locks securely, concealing the assembly while allowing quick access for inspection, shut-off operation and maintenance. The compact layout accommodates through-going pipeline runs, ideal for landscape irrigation and residential water supply systems, delivering reliable long-term underground protection.

Valve Manhole

The utility manhole systems in Asian Schools. Especially China and South Korea, composite cover installation costs are lower than cast iron, with a lighter weight for easy handling and fast fitting. Maintenance expense is minimal, as it resists rust and corrosion, requiring few inspections. However, it has lower load capacity, is unsuitable for heavy vehicle zones, and may age and turn grey slowly under long-term UV exposure. By contrast, cast iron boasts higher strength but suffers from theft risk, heavy lifting labour costs, and recurring rust maintenance fees.

Hospital Sewage
