New SMC Facility Deployment
This new manufacturing facility deploys advanced large-scale hydraulic presses for sheet molding composite (SMC) production. Heavy-lifting teams carefully hoist and position each press unit inside the plant, precisely aligning cylinders, frames, and auxiliary control cabinets. The workshop is equipped with overhead cranes to support sequential equipment installation. Once commissioned, these machines will enable high-efficiency compression molding of SMC parts, supporting stable, standardized composite component output under the JinMeng quality system.
